About Studio 03, TAG

Since August 2022, I’ve been honored to serve as the Gallery Manager for The Artists Gallery. Shirley Asano Guldimann thoughtfully offered her half studio to me when I had to leave a studio next door in January 2023. Shirley, an artist herself, brought wonderful curators and great art to TAG last Spring in the show Positive Exposure: SoCal Asian American Exhibition.

I share Studio 03 with Elyse Wyman, a multimedia artist; she and Shirley are the TAG Group Show Directors. Elyse and Shirley each have two walls to display artwork, and there is room to host events for a few people.

I currently serve as President of the artHYPE Foundation. Last spring, Studio 03 held an 8-week class for the Preschool Art Workshop Students; it ended with a beautiful exhibit, and the reception was a lovely ice cream party. artHYPE recently held our artHYPE Art Exhibition & Evening Soiree at TAG, sponsored by the soon-to-open Miracle Mile Descanso Restaurant.
