We have to find a balance, a place for homeless people to live that doesn’t break the law. Too many RVs are parking in illegal places instead of finding legal ones.

L.A. Needs Mental Health and Addiction Beds - and Federal Support
I didn’t believe it myself, that most homeless Angelenos on the street are from other states. Yet, the more homeless people I meet, the more it’s true that they have come here from every state in the Union.
L.A. needs more State and Federal money to build medical institutions and staff for mental and addiction hospitals.
